ABOUT THE PROJECT

My Suicide Story is a survivor-led initiative dedicated to sharing real stories from people who have lived through suicide attempts. By amplifying these voices, the project aims to break the stigma around suicidal ideation, promote understanding, and inspire hope for those currently struggling.

Our mission is clear: to demystify suicidal thoughts, challenge negative perceptions of suicide, and provide actionable hope and resources to prevent further loss of life. Every story shared contributes to a culture of empathy, education, and life-saving awareness.
